Students complete 6 lessons, each of which cover three wellbeing ‘hacks’:

Lesson 1: Snack, Sleep, Chill

Lesson 2: Think, Watch, Doubt

Lesson 3: Kindness, Connections, Relationships

Lesson 4: Breathe, Flex, Paint

Lesson 5: Emotions, Lifelines, Music

Lesson 6: Groups, Gratitude, Wellbeing

Students learn about each hack by watching a short video, reading about one piece of key research and taking a short quiz to check their understanding.
