Live it
Each lesson, students are challenged to ‘live’ the hacks – to try them out and really understand how to build the ideas into their life.
There are two channels for this.
1. The free WellSenz app
There’s a free app, called WellSenz, which goes with the SWAP. Each lesson, students are directed to select one hack on theWellSenz app. The app then gives them simple daily tasks to carry out for week, and tracks their progress.
2. Lesson downloads
Each lesson, there’s one download to help the students reflect more deeply on one or more of the hacks they’ve learned about:
